HOW LONG WILL MY SHIRT ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Production typically takes 2-5 days, and then shipping takes a maximum of 25 days. If you have not receieved your order within 30 days, contact photos@bradkendell.com

How much of my purchase from ‘the collection’ is donated to unicef AUSTRALIA?

Roughly 2/3 of the cost of each item goes towards production, and then 100% of proceeds from The Collection go towards UNICEF Ausralia.

Please note: Only purchases made through the online merch store contribute to UNICEF Australia. Photography services and photoshoot bookings are not included.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns for unused, unworn items reported within 7 days of delivery. If your item arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact photos@bradkendell.com with your order number and photos so we can help.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs - once items have been received in good condition, your refund will be sent to the original account.
